■What is pink ivory ? Pink ivory, which is native to Africa, is a miraculous wood that is found on a very rare tree, with only a small amount of the pink part being extracted from a single log.
The ivory-like smooth texture that appears when planed is also exceptional.
When it is made of solid wood, it is a bright pink color, but when it is clear coated, it changes color to a deep red like garnet.
